USA Hockey Announces Additional Staff For 4 Nations Face

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - USA Hockey announced today the addition of two staff members to the coaching and management team for the upcoming 2023 Four Nations Cup in Örnsköldsvik, Sweden.

Ronda Engelhardt joins the Four Nations Cup staff as an assistant coach. She is currently the head coach of the St. Cloud State University women's hockey program, a position she has held since 2018. Under Engelhardt's leadership, St. Cloud State has won two Western Collegiate Hockey Association (WCHA) regular season championships and one WCHA tournament championship.

Engelhardt has a wealth of experience at the international level. She was an assistant coach for the U.S. Women's National Team at the 2022 Winter Olympics and the 2021 IIHF Women's World Championship. She also served as head coach of the U.S. Women's Under-18 National Team at the 2019 IIHF Women's World Championship.

"We are excited to have Ronda join our coaching staff for the Four Nations Cup," said Katie Million, general manager of the U.S. Women's National Team. "Her experience at the international level and her success at the collegiate level will be invaluable to our team."

Kate Whitman Pratt has been named the video coach for the Four Nations Cup. She is currently the video coordinator for the St. Cloud State University women's hockey program.

Whitman Pratt has extensive experience in video analysis and coaching. She has worked with the U.S. Women's National Team development program and has also coached at the youth and junior levels.

"Kate is a rising star in the video coaching profession," said Million. "Her expertise in video analysis will be a major asset to our team as we prepare for the Four Nations Cup."

The U.S. Women's National Team will compete in the Four Nations Cup from November 7-10 in Örnsköldsvik, Sweden. The team will face off against Sweden, Finland, and Canada.

The Four Nations Cup is an annual women's ice hockey tournament that features the national teams of the United States, Canada, Sweden, and Finland.
